When is a vehicle subject to investigation by the Abandoned Vehicle Bureau?

A vehicle is subject to investigation by the Abandoned Vehicle Bureau if it is on a Town roadway, Town right-of-way or Town property (municipal lot, Town beach, Town park, etc.) and it is either not legally registered, inspected or insured to be on that location -OR- The Town has witnessed a legally registered, inspected and insured vehicle has not been moved from it's present location for more than 4 consecutive days.
