Registration Information In Person:
Program registrations are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Preference is given to Huntington residents. Non-resident registrations start two business days after the resident registration date.
The immediate family consists of parents, brothers, and sisters of the participant. Parent’s (not grandparent’s unless the grandparents have custody of the child). The Recreation ID or Golf Card are required if the child is under the age of 13 to obtain Town discount.
To obtain a photo Recreation ID Card and or Golf ID, residents are required to present two forms of identification (showing address) to demonstrate Town Residency. One must be a Photo Driver's License or Photo Non-Driver ID, the other must be one of the following: Tax Bill, Utility Bill or Car Registration with current address. Teens (13 to 17) will be required to be present, and parent's driver's license must be presented for proof of residency, and from their School District one of the following: Student ID, Student Report Card or Progress Report.
All Fees Are Subject To Change: NO REFUNDS
No refunds are issued by the Parks and Recreation Department unless a program is cancelled by the Department. Programs listed in this brochure conducted at school facilities are subject to cancellation or change by the school district.

Insurance & Cancellations:
No medical and or accident insurance is available through the Town of Huntington.
Weather related postponements after 4:00 p.m. or cancellations call 351-3101 for a taped message.
Persons With Disabilities:
Any person with a disability in need of special consideration in a Parks and Recreation Program is asked to call 351-3089 for an individual participation assessment prior to registration. One to one supervision is not provided. For assistance with disability needs the Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities may be reached by calling 351-3233 (voice), 351-3237 (fax).
Check, Credit Card, And Money Order:
The Town accepts a maximum of $25 in cash. All amounts above $25 are accepted as check, credit card or money order only. Online payments must be made by credit card. The only exceptions to the $25 maximum cash accepted are the Tax Receivers Office, Crab Meadow Golf Course, Town Beaches, and Dix Hills Park (pool and golf course). All checks should be made payable to “Huntington Parks and Recreation.” There is a $20 service charge on all returned checks.

If you already created a household account in Parks & Recreation E-Registration you can register for programs by going to www.tohparks.com and log in using your user name and password. If you have forgotten your username or password DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT, please call 631-351-3089 and someone will assist you on how to retrieve your log in information.
You can register by selecting the activity type or you can browse activities or activity number.
There are NO REFUNDS for activities unless the Department cancels a program.
