Civil Rights Law Compliance Programs

It is the policy of the Town of Huntington to promote equal access to services, programs and activities in full compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and subsequent federal, state and local laws, regulations and executive orders.

This body of law, regulation and executive action prohibits unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, gender, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, low income status, Limited English Proficiency (LEP) status, Vietnam-era veteran status, or genetic disposition.
