8/10/2015 - Cuthbertson Welcomes the Charles and Helen Reichert Imaging Center to the Dolan Family Health Center in Greenlawn

A new state-of-the-art Outpatient imaging center recently opened on the campus of the Dolan Family Health Center in Greenlawn. The 10,750 square-foot imaging center is named after long-time philanthropists, Charles and Helen Reichert, whose interest in cancer services and an appreciation for the use of imaging as a diagnostic technique led them to fund this facility.

“The Town of Huntington is happy to support the medical field in expanding the services that can be provided to those who need it,” said Councilman Mark Cuthbertson. “Thanks to the generosity of the Reichert Family, the Town has a modernized and high-quality radiological care facility located in the heart of the community,” added Cuthbertson.

The new facility will be under the leadership of Ross Wank, MD, chief of radiology at Huntington hospital, and Ralph Milillo, MD, a board-certified radiologist.

The Facility offers a full spectrum of diagnostic testing services in a modern medical environment. It provides the community with access to the largest group of fellowship trained, radiologists on Long Island. The imaging center includes services such as: MRI, ultrasound, digital X-ray, and other procedures. This facility will be the first medical practice in New York State to be designated as a Diagnostic Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology.
