1/30/2015 - Informational Meeting on Obtaining a Permit for an Event at a Town Facility
The Department of Parks and Recreation will host an informal meeting to outline and explain the process to obtain a permit to hold a special event or picnic at a town facility, park or beach. The free event is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2015 in the Town Board Room, Town Hall. In the event of inclement weather, please visit the Town’s website to inquire if the informational meeting will be held or rescheduled for a later date.
Joining the Parks and Recreation staff will be representatives from the Town Attorney’s Office and the Town’s insurance consultant.
Following the presentation, there will be a question and answer session.
