The Department of Environmental Waste Management would like to remind all residents that there is no scheduled trash collection on Monday, January 16, 2017 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
--If you are on Monday trash collection routes then your trash is scheduled for pickup Tuesday, January 17th.
--If you are on Tuesday trash collection routes then your trash is scheduled for pickup Wednesday, January 18th.
There is no recycling collection schedule this week. The next “Huntington Recycles: All In One” single stream recycling collection will be on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.
The trash collection schedule on Thursday and Friday is unchanged.
Residents are further advised that the week of January 16-20 is the last week for Christmas tree/yardwaste collection until the week of March 5, 2017. Residents who have their yardwaste collected on Monday will be collected on Tuesday, January 17, 2016, all other yardwaste collection days are unchanged.
