Huntington
– All April 2020 Town of Huntington Traffic Court dates have been
administratively adjourned until further notice and those who have been
issued parking
tickets on or after March 12, 2020 will have an additional 30 days to
respond without penalty until further notice.
All Traffic Court conference dates have been administratively adjourned since March 19, 2020 and through April 2020;
the Traffic Violations Bureau will contact those with Traffic Court
conferences set for one of the affected dates to schedule a new date.
All
parking tickets issued on or after March 12, 2020 will have an
additional 30 days to respond to the ticket without penalties imposed;
now, initial responses received by Day 60 will avoid penalties, whether pleading guilty and paying
the ticket or pleading not guilty and appealing the ticket, until further notice.
There is no change in deadlines for tickets issued March 11, 2020 or earlier.
