The Abandoned Vehicle Bureau is responsible for the enforcement of  vehicle complaints that are located on the street, Town right-of-way or Town owned properties (municipal parking lots, beaches, parks, etc.)  Abandoned vehicles located on private property falls under the jurisdiction of Code Enforcement.
