The Town of Huntington Community Development Agency held a lottery on October 22, 2019  for 9 affordable homes at Kensington Estates. Five (5) 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom homes were priced at $248,000 and four (4) 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom homes were priced at $372,000. 

Kensington Estates is an exclusive and intimate newly constructed 80 unit, 55 and over gated community located in West Hills, Town of Huntington.
