Huntington – Supervisor Ed Smyth lowered flags on Town of Huntington properties be flown at half-staff on Monday, May 16, to honor the lives lost in the Saturday shooting that killed ten victims in a Buffalo supermarket.
“The Town of Huntington stands with the families of the victims and the Buffalo community as they mourn the tragic, unnecessary loss of innocent life in Saturday's hate-driven shooting,” said Supervisor Ed Smyth. “Evil exists in this world; we must stand united against it and not focus on what divides us. God bless the victims, their families and the Buffalo community.”
