6/15/2026 - Garbage Collection for the Week of June 15, 2026
The Department of Environmental Waste Management would like to advise all residents of changes to the trash and recycling schedule due to Juneteenth (June 19, 2026).
Trash Collection:
• On Friday, June 19, trash collection is cancelled due to the holiday. This collection will not be rescheduled.
• Residents on Tuesday and Friday trash pickup routes will be permitted to dispose of twice the amount of household trash on Tuesday, June 23.
• Please put your trash out to the curb no earlier than 6:00pm the night before.
• Monday and Thursday collection routes are scheduled as normal without interruption.
Recycling Collection:
• On Wednesday, June 17, paper and cardboard recycling collection is scheduled for all residents.
• Recycling collection begins at 5:00am. Please put these materials out prior to the start time, preferably the night before pickup.
Yardwaste Collection:
• There is no yardwaste collection scheduled for the week of June 15.
