The Town of Huntington Community Development Agency (HCDA) announces the availability of one newly constructed workforce housing rental unit, one 1-bedroom unit at The Mansion at New York Avenue located at 1090 New York Avenue, Huntington Station, N.Y. 11746.  The monthly rent for the one-bedroom is $2,105.  The maximum income for the one-bedroom unit is $91,855.
