COLLECTION CHANGES FOR PRESIDENTS’ WEEK 2026

The Department of Environmental Waste Management would like to advise all residents about the trash and recycling collection schedule changes due to the President’s Day holiday on February 16^th, 2026.

Trash Collection:

• On Monday, February 16^th trash collection is cancelled due to the holiday. Residents with a canceled Monday collection will be permitted to dispose of twice the amount of household trash on Thursday, February 19th.
• Residents on Tuesday and Friday trash pickup routes are unaffected and scheduled as normal.
• Trash collection begins at 6:00 A.M. Please put these materials out prior to The start time, preferably the night before pickup.

 Recycling Collection:

• On Wednesday, February 18th bottle and can recycling collection is scheduled for all residents.
• Recycling collection begins at 5:00 A.M. Please put these materials out prior to The start time, preferably the night before pickup.

 Yardwaste Collection:

• There is no yard waste collection until the week of March 15^th.
