Banner Permits
Please complete the Banner Request Form first and mail to the address below.
This form must be received by the Highway Office at least 45 days prior to the hang date
We suggest that you call our office (631-446-3601) prior to submitting your application, in order to check on the availability of the locations where banners can be hung.
